Through weekly interactive sessions, including journaling, self-care exercises, breathing, mindfulness, and discussions, you will grow in self-love, become your own best friend, and feel more enthusiastic about your life. By the end, you’ll be motivated to treat yourself with kindness every day.

Course Structure

Each Week:

  • Introduction and recap
  • Breathwork including a little chakra balancing work
  • Self-reflection through prompted journaling
  • Discussions / Questions
  • Weekly specific subject
  • Homework – Exercises to make kindness a habit

Week 1: Wonderful You – Love yourself & the art of receiving.

Week 2: Sometimes things go wrong – Self compassion and self forgiveness

Week 3: Free yourself- Declutter, healthy boundaries and emotional detox

Week 4: Moving on – Putting it all together for improved mental and emotional health. Salt water name ritual

Your 1-2-1 with Sinead will be organized with you after our first session

This course is ideal for anyone who wants to be kinder to themselves and learn how. If you’re often self-critical, speak negatively to yourself, find it hard to enjoy your own company, or struggle to recognize your talents and strengths, this course will be a powerful step toward healing and self-discovery.

How The Sessions Work

  • This 4 week workshop is limited to 10 persons
  • Includes 30 mins 1-2-1 with Sinead
  • Each session is via zoom – 7pm IRISH time / same as London 60-90mins per week
  • Classes are informal and interactive.
  • Be open and honest with yourself.
  • I will guide you, hold your hand and hold you accountable.
  • There is a  little homework.
  • Together, you will learn to be kinder to yourself, how to be self compassionate, grow in self love and forgiveness.
