Body Blitz is a low impact workout especially suited to those of us over 40 years old. This is an ideal workout for those in the menopause.
Do 15 minutes, 30 minutes or 45 minutes.
Our aim is to futureproof our bodies, ease menopause symptoms and slow down the middle age spread.
Each workout is different and tough. Your results will match your effort.
You can lift heavier weights than me, you can do more reps you can repeat each work out as often as you wish!
Modifications and alternatives are given for a lot of our exercises so you can work to your own level, we will work hard though.
Suitable for all genders, age 16 years upwards.
