Join me LIVE online Monday mornings via Zoom. This class is also streamed to our private Facebook group and is available on playback, 24/7 for your convenience. Workout as much  as you like when you like.

Body Blitz is a low impact workout especially suited to those of us over 40 years old. This is an ideal workout for those in the menopause.

Who is it for

  • Do 15 minutes, 30 minutes or 45 minutes.
  • Our aim is to futureproof our bodies, ease menopause symptoms and slow down the middle age spread.
  • Each workout is different and tough. Your results will match your effort.
  • You can lift heavier weights than me, you can do more reps you can repeat each work out as often as you wish!
  • Modifications and alternatives are given for a lot of our exercises so you can work to your own level, we will work hard though.
  • Suitable for all genders, age 16 years upwards.

30 mins Body Blitz – low impact weight training.

15 mins Abs workout

Stretch and Relax

This class is free when you book into Pilates or Yoga.

Join me live via zoom or on play back. There is a huge back catalog of classes too so that you can work out as often as you wish. Simply press play.

It is a fast paced mainstream class. Please contact me BEFORE you sign up if you have ANY concerns.


  • Ankle weights (optional)
  • Backpack filled with heavy books and stuff!
  • Sliders: Two shiny books for carpet or tea towels for wood floors!
  • Weights- Hand weights – use water bottles/ tins anything!! 2 sets please, one light one heavy.
  • 2 Toilet Rolls!
  • Water to drink.
