YOGA FOR CYCLISTS
Suitable for all levels of Cyclist and Yogi. Boost your Cycling performance, feel stronger and more confident on the bike. Yoga for Cyclists is designed to undo the bent over posture assumed from hours on the bike.
TRAINING IN SPAIN
This exciting week long training camp offers you fully guided cycles and Yoga for Cyclists classes all from our base in Southern Spain. All our routes start and finish from our base in Velez, each day the cycling progresses, you never cycle the same route twice.
