Physical Therapy is a hands-on therapy for aches, pains and injuries. Suitable for most ailments including sports injuries and chronic pain.  Reduce aches, pains and strains and  post operative care. By appointment.

This individual focus continues throughout the class – Sinéad makes sure to help everyone with the poses and provides alternatives of varying levels of difficulty.
