TRIP DETAILS

FULLY GUIDED HIKE EXCURSION

Join me for a fun and active day out in Dublin, Ireland with like minded others. This enchanting trail is located on Howth Head, a small peninsula which has a lot of history and tons of stunning views, just a few kilometres northeast of Dublin.

I have teamed up with Barbara Byrne who is an Irish and Spanish Camino Guide. She will take us from Howth Village for an exciting coastal loop. We will follow the purple arrows along the cliff path to Red Rock, passing the Baily Lighthouse, and then climbing to circle the Ben of Howth to return along the old tramline. The views of Lambay Island and Ireland’s Eye as well as Dublin Bay are spectacular. The wildlife in this area will not disappoint either; there are many species of both flora and fauna to be found.

You can take a dip in the sea towards the end or relax and watch the swimmers!

Optional group dinner (pub grub) in the Dawg House Pub  at the end.

This daycation in Ireland is a great way to explore, go somewhere new and make new friends.

Barbara is Fully insured professional guide with Mountain Skills1 and REC3 First aid trained
