Yoga, Sauna and Brunch

BEFORE  YOU BOOK 

• Please note this trip is as advertised, Yoga class, sauna time and brunch are included.
• There is a very short outdoor walk from the yoga room to the sauna area
• There is no refund but you may transfer ticket to someone else
• Vegetarian Option’s are available
• While my Yoga classes are “age appropriate” for over 40’s if you have any injuries or medical concerns please contact me before you book
• If you have low blood pressure,  are pregnant, have uncontrolled high blood pressure, diabetes, heart failure, abnormal heart rhythm, or unstable angina you are advised NOT to use the sauna. Please check with your doctor.
