About Sinead

For the past nineteen years, I’ve been on a mission to show others that it is possible to overcome adversity and live life to the fullest while achieving everything you desire. Through travelling the world solo, personal development and cycling, I have gained expertise in all aspects of resilience and motivation while having the courage to speak frankly and honestly about overcoming suicide attempts and mental health struggles.  

You might consider me to be a motivational/expert speaker, however I consider myself be a living testimony for personal development. I am an advocate for embracing change, someone who inspires others to believe in themselves and have the courage to live an extraordinary life.

All my speaking events are tailored specifically to the groups needs and wants with one common denominator: I will inspire your audience to make their happiness a priority, take their life by the reins and make positive changes in all aspects of their life.
