• While my Yoga classes are “age appropriate” for those over 40, if you have any injuries or medical concerns, please get in touch with me before you book
• Please note the sauna area is outdoors and rustic. There are changing cabins / WC/plunge pools. Bring warm clothes for afterwards.

CANCELATION POLICY: 

• There is no refund or transfer of dates.  In the event of cancelation you may transfer your ticket to someone else.
