Sauna & Spice Nights
Join me for little midweek escape. Enjoy a warm sauna followed by a delicious Thai meal and, most importantly, good people.
You absolutely don’t need to bring anyone with you, it’s solo friendly. All you have to do is sit back, relax and let the evening unfold. You might leave having made a few new friends.
Your evening
6.00pm — Arrive & settle in
Meet the others while we get changed.
6.15pm — Sauna time
30 minutes to warm up, unwind and forget about the outside world. If you are feeling brave you an cold plunge for the full sauna experience
7pm — Thai Dinner
Sit down together for a delicious Thai meal, with a choice of dishes, rice and a soft drink. (Vegitarian Options Availble)
Eat, chat, laugh and enjoy the craic. .
This Zen and Tonic Wellness Event is all about connection, community and doing something a little different.

6pm Arrival – free parking. Come to the Sauna area and meet the gang, Pre-order dinner of choice.
6:15pm- 6:45pm Sauna Time. Relax in the heat, and if you are brave, plunge in the ice bath. Changing area and toilets beside sauna – large sauna, exclusive use for our group
7pm Dinner is served! – Yummy Thai Food that includes a soft drink. Alcohol is available for purchase. Vegetarian option available. Communal table for fun and chats.
Stay as long as you wish after dinner!

WHAT TO BRING TO THE EVENT
- Appropriate clothing for time of year
- Fleece and water
- Swimwear / towel / flip fops for Sauna
- Jacket with a hood or a Dry Robe is perfect- the sauna area is outdoors and rustic.
- Dinner is relaxed – a tracksuit or pj’s are fine!!
- Coins for a tip for waiting staff

THE SAUNA
Our sauna area is rustic which adds to the charm of the Hazel Hazel House. There are changing facilities and a toilet there.
