Join me in beautiful Mallorca this October for a 5-night Beach Yoga & Wellness Escape designed to help you relax, recharge, and reconnect — with yourself and with like-minded people.
With sunshine, yoga, delicious food, and plenty of time to explore, this is the perfect break if you want to feel good, unwind, and enjoy a little adventure too.
Beautiful Hotel
For this wonderful trip we will stay in the lovely BQ Apolo Hotel**, just 150 metres from the beach in Can Pastilla, with beautiful views along the coastline.
Perfectly located just 10 minutes from the historic city of Palma and very close to the airport, the hotel offers comfort, convenience, and the ideal base for our relaxing yoga break.

Each morning begins with a gentle feel-good yoga class on the beach, suitable for all levels.
Practising yoga beside the sea, with the sound of the waves and the warmth of the sun, is a truly special experience. After class, you can take a refreshing swim in the Mediterranean before enjoying the rest of your day.
My wellness breaks are designed for people who enjoy looking after their health while still enjoying life — great food, good conversation, sunshine, and maybe even a glass of wine in the evening.
Explore or Relax
There is lots of free time each day so you can enjoy Mallorca exactly as you wish.

I’m Sinéad Kennedy from Dublin, a Wellness Coach, Physical Therapist, Yoga Teacher, Travel Expert and Author of the award-nominated book Life Is a Cycle.
For many years I’ve helped those who are over 50, reconnect with their energy, confidence, and sense of adventure — especially during times of change. Many of the people who join my Wellness Activity Breaks are travelling solo, navigating a new chapter in life, or simply ready to prioritise their health and happiness again.
My Wellness Activity Breaks are designed to help you move your body, enjoy beautiful places, meet great people, and feel good again — without pressure, rules, or taking life too seriously.
There is yoga, sunshine, swimming, great food and plenty of laughter. No strict regimes, no intense retreats — just a supportive group and the freedom to enjoy life at your own pace.
People often arrive on their own and leave feeling energised, confident, and with a few new friends too.

In fact, it might just be getting interesting.

This trip is especially lovely for people who want to travel independently but enjoy the comfort of a friendly group.
Many guests join on their own — including empty nesters, widows, and solo travellers who would like to meet like-minded people while still having plenty of personal space and freedom.
You can spend your days exploring or relaxing as you wish, and then enjoy meals, conversation, and laughter together in the evenings.
Guests often arrive alone and leave with new friends and wonderful memories.

Tuesday:
Arrive in Palma on any flight and make your way to the hotel. (Approx. €15 to hotel.)
Evening at leisure / relax
Wednesday:
Breakfast at leisure. Breakfast is served 7:30am – 10:30 am so there is plenty of time for a dip in the sea, chats and sunshine.
11 am Welcome reception. Information / meet and greet.
5:30pm Evening Yoga and Dip in the Sea
10pm Post Dinner Meet Up and complementary drink
Thursday: 8:30 am Beach Yoga, swim and breakfast.
11 am – Optional trip to Palma with Sinead. For those who like to cycle it is an 8km flat / bike path. Or get the bus/taxi and meet up. Starting at the Cathedral we will meander through the narrow streets to the historical Baths (€3 entry). Our ramble will continue to the historical Jewish Quarter and then we will visit the main square. Afterwards, we can finish on Las Ramblas. If you would like to spend more time in the city feel free. Stay as long as you wish with me or head off. No formal itinerary, let’s just go with it!

WHO THIS TRIP IS FOR:
This trip is for for anyone who wishes to be outdoors, soak up the sun, enjoy wellness activities with others in a safe, fun and sociable environment. You can participate in group activities as much or as little as you wish. My trips focus on inclusivity, health and happiness in a safe and relaxed environment. These trips are ideal for solo travelers and small groups of friends who wish to enjoy good company in a wonderful sunny environment.
WHO THIS TRIP IS NOT FOR:
To avoid disappointment, while no one minds you having a few drinks it should be noted that this trip a wellness, activity break and not a club 18-30 party bus!
LEVEL OF YOGA:
My Feel Good Beach Yoga Classes are suitable for all. I will always give easier and harder modifications. It is entirely up to you which level you take. As a Physical Therapist and Yoga instructor my classes are all about future proofing your body. We will focus on moving safely, boosting mobility and flexibility all while relaxing your body, mind and spirit.
My aim for you on this trip is to ensure you have a great time, feel amazing, have a lovely stretch each day while soaking up the sun, having fun and free time to explore.
Feel Good Yoga is exactly what it says on the tin. If you are concerned about your flexibility or aches and pains please feel free to contact me BEFORE you book the trop.
NON-YOGIS ARE MORE THAN WELCOME TO JOIN THE TRIP.
Do you have friend or loved one who would like to come but does not want to do yoga? No problem at all. They are welcome to come and hang out with us! All activities are optional. Please note there is no discount for non participation.

**Be mindful of creating cookies, if you keep looking at the same flight and dates you will drive up the flight price for yourself. Either clear cookies or use a different computer to check prices. Flights are currently approximately €150 return from London and Dublin.

The hotel offers bike hire, it is €10pp per day.

There are lots of lovely restaurants and bars close by and further away for you to try out.
THE WEATHER
While nothing is guaranteed the temperatures for this time of year are typically very pleasant. As an average, the daytime temperature can vary between 20-25 degrees. The highest temperature recorded in May was 35 degrees in May 1958.
BREAKFAST
Breakfast is included and served daily in the hotel from 8am – 10:30am
GETTING TO THE BEACH, SHOPS, ETC
We are right beside the beach! The hotel can help you with any extra travel arrangements you would like, tours, trips, car hire etc. There is a bus stop approx. ten minute walk away to catch the number 35 bus to Palma. Please check with reception for the bus timetable / bus stop. Taxis are generally inexpensive especially when shared with others.
HOW TO BOOK
A non-refundable deposit of €200 per person is required to book this trip
The trip balance must be paid in full no later than 31st August for the October trip.
It is up to each individual to ensure that they book their flight and to ensure they arrive at the hotel for the event.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION -CANCELATIONS / terms and conditions
- Your deposit is non-refundable but may be transferred to a friend.
- Sinead Kennedy reserves the right to cancel your booking if the final payment has not been received by the relevant due date. (31st March / 31st August)
- You agree that you are physically fit and there is no health or other reason why you should not participate in my yoga classes.
- All yoga classes and activities are optional.
- Cancellation of the trip by the attendee will be claimed through travel insurance and not via Sinead.
- Sinead Kennedy shall not be held responsible for any event outside of its control which may include but is not limited to yoga injury, inclement weather, illness, injury, loss or damage to your property or the property of others, airline delays or cancellations, or faults or failures by providers of accommodation, tourism activities or transport.
- Sinead Kennedy and BQ Hotels reserves the right to cancel any trip, for any reason, at any time before 30 days before the departure date. In this case, a refund of any payments received constitutes a full settlement
- Due to circumstances beyond our control, Sinead Kennedy may have to make changes to the stated itinerary. Sinead will endeavour to keep changes to a minimum, and to maintain a high standard of quality. Any issues with your accommodation please notify reception and or Sinead. The hotel will endeavour to correct the problem immediately.
- You indemnify Sinead Kennedy against all claims, damages or losses (including costs) which it occurs as the direct or indirect result of your taking part in this trip. You will not make a claim against Sinead Kennedy in respect of you taking part on Beach Yoga Mini Break including
- a. any injury or loss suffered by you or others
- b. any damage or loss to any of your property or to the property of others regardless of how the injury, loss or damage occurs.
- You are required to have suitable travel insurance. This must include cover for the cost of medical treatments, and repatriation in the event of a serious accident or illness.
- If for any reason your country of origin forbids travel to Spain please contact me urgently. Please ensure you have holiday insurance to cover cost of flights, cancellations etc.
